*Our pack policy is for a parent or guardian to attend with their scout.
This means that each adult going to camp will need to be a paid registered active member of BSA and undergo a central registry clearance (background check) and complete youth protection training before we can register you or your scout for camp. Therefore email us as soon as possible if you intend to attend because the paperwork takes weeks to complete.
Payment is due in full with all completed paperwork by May 11th 2019 to Nicole Bassette.  Make checks payable to "PACK 381"

ADULT CAMPER RESOURCES:

Create a new account if needed and take the online course
Print Certificate and turn in with BSA Adult Application and take a copy with you to check-in at camp.
Training must be updated every 2 years.
If you have already done training within the last 2 years, just reprint the certificate.

Be sure to print and sign page 4 also, not just the other pages.
We need all 3 copies printed and signed: Local council copy, chartered organization copy, and unit copy.
These forms need to be countersigned by three people and mailed into our council offices with a check so they must be submitted well enough ahead of time to accommodate processing.

Central Registry Background Clearance
  • You must mail this application to the Lansing office listed on the form and they will return a form to you marked as either cleared or not cleared.
  • Please be sure to turn in application with a photocopy of your driver's license attached.  Results will only be mailed to the address on the ID.
  • Allow at least 2 weeks for processing.
  • You need a copy of a cleared form with you at check-in at camp.
BSA Health Forms part A & B (printable)
Required to be filled out for each adult and youth that is attending.
Bring completed forms to check-in at camp.
