Den Duties at Pack Meetings |

Set-up: |
|
Arrange 120 folding chairs (from storage room) in semi-circle facing
flags |
|
Get microphone out of storage room and set up in front of room (test
to be sure volume is ok) |
|
Set 1 table at front of room for awards |
|
Set 2 tables at back of room for snacks/drinks |
|
Set 1 small table at door for parent handouts |
|
|
|
Pre-meeting activity: NO LONGER ACTIVE DUTY |
|
Station an adult & scout at door to welcome people, direct them to
activity, and keeps kids off outside railing & stairs |
|
Plan an activity/game to keep kids occupied until start of meeting |
|
|
|
|
|
Opening & Closing Ceremonies: |
|
Bring in and raise flag at beginning of meeting, w/ a
ceremony/skit/song |
|
Lead pack in Pledge of Allegiance |
|
Take flag down at end of meeting, fold, and present to Cubmaster |

|

Put away folding chairs and microphone (in storage room) |

Put tables back |
|
Clean tables |
|
Stack non-folding chairs on top of tables |

Clean up any spills and large pieces of trash (janitors will mop
floors after us) |
|
Lock storage room |
|
Leave Multipurpose room unlocked |
|
